As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in seeking compensation for their injuries. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, utilizing an automated dialer to reputed company out to potential clients, and engage in conversations to determine their eligibility for compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine if they meet the criteria for potential compensation through an automated dialer
- Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, and potentially qualifying 1-5 callers for compensation
- Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows simultaneously
- reputed company or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position

- Assist with other projects as needed
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:

- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern

- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
