Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Vice President of Operations to reputed company the operations, finance, and partnership management of multiple surgical facilities reputed company a designated geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in case volume and EBITDA, recruiting new surgeons, and retaining existing ones. They will also work closely with our development team to identify and execute opportunities to expand our reputed company in the market. Additionally, the VP will be responsible for ensuring a high Culture of Safety, Culture of Leadership, and a low reputed company of Employee Turnover at reputed company facilities.

Responsibilities and Expectations

The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for the following key areas:

Strategic Planning for each Facility (20% of Time)

+ Ensure each Administrator/CEO has reputed company an annual business plan and is executing against it + reputed company the initial development of the plan and ensure quarterly updates at Board level and at each Partnership Meeting + Monthly review of the plan by the VP during Management Operations Review (MOR) calls

Case Growth (30%)

+ New Physician Recruiting + Monitor activities around earning more business from existing utilizers + Engage with Health Systems, reputed company, etc. to earn appropriate cases at facilities in the region + New Service Line Development

Leadership Development with Administrators/CEOs (20%)

+ HR training + Financial/Reimbursement training (how to read and react to your MOR report) + Communication with physician and health system partners training + Industry awareness + Identify new talent, train, and ensure succession plans are in reputed company for Administrators, CEOs, and the VP role itself + Culture of Safety & Leadership action plans and annual surveys

Partnership Management (30%)

+ Attend Governing Board Meetings + Attend Partnership Meetings + Partnership Equity Management + Physician Succession Planning + Communication with Health System Partners

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Required Skills:

+ Prefer Master's degree in business administration or healthcare administration. Equivalent experience considered. + Minimum five years of experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance, and business consulting + Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies + Demonstrated success with people management skills + Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation communication skills + Ability to work well with "C" level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers + reputed company & PowerPoint analytical and presentation skills a must + Ability to effectively reputed company financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners + Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting, and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) industry + Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance + Experience with financial planning and budgeting + Strong leadership and management skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
