Job Summary

As a Manager, Customer Care, you will be responsible for guiding Team Leads and staff in addressing daily operational issues, ensuring that our customer care team is equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with team leaders to reputed company and implement effective people management strategies, reputed company strategic department/company projects, and recommend process improvements to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure quantitative and qualitative objectives are used to meet performance objectives

  • Manage staffing and scheduling functions to optimize team productivity and efficiency
  • Compile reports and departmental communications to reputed company stakeholders informed
  • Participate in strategic planning and recommend action plans to drive business growth

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of previous management/leadership experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary range: $79,800.00 - $127,600.00
