Marketing Data & Admin Assistant (6-month contract)
We are looking for a Marketing Data & Admin Assistant to support our SEM and Email Marketing team through the execution of marketing specific tasks across various platforms. This position is offered as a 6-month temporary contract to provide maternity leave cover.
Ideal candidate is someone who is looking to take his/her career to the next level by successfully managing marketing actions reputed company to preparation of marketing campaigns.
The assistant will help the marketing team with different tasks:
- Marketing and competitors research
- Data entry in reputed company spreadsheets
- Organizing and coordinating the workflow with freelancers
- Performing QA checking actions
Requirements
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- High reputed company knowledge.
- Spanish and English speaking
