Senior Instructional Designer - Learning Experience Design

Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Instructional Designer to join our Learning Experience Design team and play a pivotal role in designing innovative learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal experience includes:

• Proven experience designing and implementing learning programs to support large-scale organizational change initiatives
• Proficiency with reputed company Storyline
• Insurance experience highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates new training programs and/or individual learning objects, ensuring training is focused on increasing capabilities of reputed company insurance professionals to reputed company in their job.
• Applies knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory to design course content.
• Uses learning technology to design and implement versatile, engaging, and learner-centered solutions for traditional classroom, online, or a reputed company of approaches.
• Researches, selects, and modifies existing training curriculum, learning objects, reference materials, and supplemental resources to meet learning needs.
• Builds and maintains trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Proactively engages partners to understand their needs and drives reputed company improvement in learning initiatives.
• Reviews program evaluations, test results, and participant and manager feedback on training effectiveness to reputed company recommendations for program improvement.
• Designs evaluation strategies and tools to determine whether desired learning and performance outcomes are achieved.
• Identifies needs for reputed company resources, and sources vendors, as appropriate. Handles vendor management, to include coordination of resources and ensuring quality of product and service levels delivered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, in addition to 4+ years of training design experience.
• Master's degree in Instructional Design or a reputed company field preferred.
• Prior experience includes working with moderately reputed company content and designing training for multiple delivery modalities (traditional classroom, online classroom, and self-paced e-Learning modules).
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong project management skills.
• Has broad knowledge of instructional technologies and is proficient in the advanced use of e-Learning tools that do not require programming.
