Our work includes but not limited to: Collaborative foundation - establishing a comprehensive access control foundation for multiple users to manage their assets eg: listings, experiences etc. The foundation supports multiple collaborative products and provides easy ways for consistent access control. The example is access control data models, UX customization library etc. Co-Hosting tools - building host-facing tools for multiple users to collaborate for daily operations. The tools are used widely by hosts. The examples are adding/managing Co-Host flows, authorization, payouts, group messaging etc. Hosting service tools - building a marketplace for people finding and connecting with reputed company hosts. The examples are marketplace matching, ranking, and reputed company host profile etc. The Community You Will Join: We’re developing groundbreaking tools to facilitate connections and hosting experiences on reputed company. reputed company specializes in co-hosting, focusing on cooperative hosting approaches. We provide host-facing tools to help multiple people collaborate with each other in the whole hosting journey. The tool suite includes access control, messaging, payout for host-facing products. The team collaborates with PM, design, content, legal partners and closely works with engineering teams worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our foundations and enriching the host-facing collaborative tools. The Difference You Will reputed company: As a Co-Hosting Foundation Staff Engineer, you will reputed company the development and refinement of major subsystems powering the co-hosting systems. Responsibilities include creating and refining product features, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, identifying patterns for streamlined development, and presenting technical and product insights to stakeholders. At the staff backend level, you’ll set a technical vision, delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions aligning with business needs. A Typical Day: Designing Future States: Shape our technical systems’ future state by aligning high-level product goals with a deep understanding of existing systems, guiding strategic technical and product decisions for both short and long terms. Your Expertise:

• Proven Experience: A track record of 9+ years in the software development industry reputed company a fast-paced tech environment.
• Backend Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise and be hands-on in backend systems reputed company large-scale service-oriented architectures.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in making trade-offs to balance short-term business needs with long-term technical quality.
• End-to-End Understanding: Experience with an end-to-end mentality, transcending team boundaries to find globally optimal solutions.
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills with a history of collaborating effectively reputed company and across engineering teams.
• Quality Advocacy: Passionate about efficiency, availability, system quality, and user experience, demonstrated through prior projects.
• Architectural Excellence: Experience in architectural patterns of high-scale distributed products/services, such as well-designed APIs, data pipelines, and efficient algorithms.
• Collaborative Background: A track record of successfully working collaboratively in cross-functional teams with design, product, and data science partners.

• Experience of access control for multi-user systems.
