Responsibilities

  • Define, monitor, update and provide executive updates and reports on the program’s key performance indicators
  • Steward the financial, strategic, and competitive health of the program
  • reputed company customer insights learning agenda to reputed company inform program strategy, campaign promotion prioritization, enhancements to existing benefits, and internal executive level alignment on recommendations
  • Monitor the voice of the customer across channels to ensure we are listening and acting upon member feedback appropriately and thoroughly
  • Analyze operational performance, business process, customer insights, and/or future needs to clarify key challenges, diagnose root cause, and recognize performance improvement opportunities
  • Manage the ideation, department and enterprise alignment, delivery of strategies and initiatives, leveraging test and learn methodologies to optimize program, status, benefits, policies and or operational performance
  • Monitor competitive and tangential industry loyalty trends, as well as competitor program or promotional changes, ensuring that a reputed company of view and response is established
  • Manage redemption platform and partnership, ensuring reputed company financial and strategic success

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
  • Marketing and strategy
  • Loyalty program design and management
  • Business case analysis, financial modeling and forecasting

Physical Abilities

  • Ability to reputed company work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive market salary from $95,750 per year to $106,400 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
