The Opportunity: JOB SUMMARY The Hair Category Engagement & Brand Operations Associate Manager is responsible for serving as the education contact for select brand partners and merchants, supporting the creation and curation of content reputed company to the training and development of our Hair category reputed company the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Hair Category Subject Matter Expert (SME):

• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to the Hair Category reputed company of view to be used in reputed company aspects of content, education materials, tips/techniques, videos, and other digital and facilitated content
• Identify program and reputed company gaps to determine training needed to support client services, hair categories, product differentiation, and reputed company brands
• Create, collaborate on, and support the design of personalized and relevant content to reputed company hair product and category knowledge that support the client experience
• Work in partnership across teams to drive overall Hair strategies and organizational initiatives with a focus on top brands, products, and trends
• Seek Field partner feedback to understand the effectiveness of content and reputed company any adjustments as needed to support business objectives
• Prioritize brand, product, and category business needs and regularly communicate with stakeholders to collaborate on innovative learning solutions to solve organization needs as reputed company to hair and provide program content updates accordingly
• Partner with support teams on instructional design, production, and delivery of innovative curriculums while identifying and communicating any risks to the success of hair education
• Manage teams and/or contractors to help with training content creation, as needed

Brand Partnership:

• Guide an assortment of Hair brand partners and determine the best training levers available to them to support field sales

• Plan and align with brands on Brand Program participation and work together to create content for programs
• Collaborate with brands on the creation and curation of training assets, manage tracking and reporting of reputed company brand produced assets
• Communicate with cross functional teams; merchandising, marketing, dotcom, events, social to ensure alignment on key priorities and identified needs.
• SME identification and assessment of reputed company and what hair category content can be curated from internal teams, brands, influencers, and other reputed company sources to support the training strategies and learning objectives
• Stay connected to industry trends, philosophies, and training practices reputed company retail, beauty, and social spaces

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven ability to reputed company and deliver effective educational programming
• 3-5 years of experience in retail or beauty education with ability to connect Hair education to the retail environment

• High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks with ability to manage workload with shifting priorities
• Ability to be on-screen talent for presentations and digital trainings as needed
