Compensation begins at $18/hr, after 6 months there is a $1 increase to $19/hr, then every 6 month a $.50 increase until reaching $22/hr – increases all performance based. Overview

The HVOE Rep is critical to the success of SGWS by enabling the seamless processing of high-volume orders from major retail chains via EDI and NFS technologies. These reps support some of the largest and most complex accounts, including Publix, Total Wine & More, Costco, GoPuff, and FILC—Florida’s largest spirits and wine pool buying group. This role is also responsible for taking Customer Service phone calls that are evaluated and coached for accurate handling. Ultimately, the goal is to provide the highest customer satisfaction by providing appropriate resolution of customer-related issues and high-volume customer orders. Primary Responsibilities

• Input customer orders via phone call
• Input high volume customer orders on a consistent basis
• Answer inquiries regarding customers' accounts
• Electronic imaging
• Research shortage and miss-shipped claims
• Process/enter orders
• Handle calls from customer service queue
• Handle all salespersons changes
• Perform the job in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience with SGWS
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas

Preferred Skills

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)/ NFS (Network File Sharing) knowledge
• Advance AS400 skills
• Basic MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word experience
• Personal time management
• Usage of critical thinking skills
• High Accuracy of order entry
• Attention to detail

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
