Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide clear and concise information to facilitate treatment solutions
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns to management as needed

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
