Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
• Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers
• Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
