Job Description
As a Consultant Streaming Support - Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, troubleshooting technical issues reputed company to streaming services, and promoting our clients' products and services. You will be working remotely, and we will provide you with reputed company the necessary equipment and training to reputed company in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers reputed company phone, email, and chat

Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; reputed company Office experience (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
