About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for conducting daily reputed company reputed company phone, text, and email to engage with new and existing members. Your primary goal will be to enroll 25% or more of reputed company connected leads and ensure that 25% or more of reputed company connected members take a class reputed company one week of an engagement reputed company. You'll also be expected to maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully complete over 100 outbound calls per day
• Enroll 25% or more of reputed company connected leads

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach

• Customer Service Tools: Experience working in CRMs and Customer Services tools (we use Insightly CRM and reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a role that had direct daily interactions with older adults (e.g. in a senior living community, fitness instructor, patient reputed company/coordinator, or a member-facing role reputed company a digital health startup)
