Patient Customer Service Representative Role
As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our reputed company Cycle Management Division, where you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, doctors' offices, and private insurance carriers. You'll be empowered to seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues, and your contributions will help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail

- Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
- Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- REMOTE WORK:
+ Dedicated work-from-home space + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
Technical Requirements:
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
- No satellite internet
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port

Pay Range:
$15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.
Application Window:

Shift:
Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and reputed company-5 pm (PST).
Benefits:
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
