Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging online community. You will be responsible for moderating our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company users adhere to our community guidelines and rules. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, including: + Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules + Banning users who repeatedly break our rules + Muting users who have violated our rules + Investigating reports made by users about rule violations

• Providing excellent customer service and support to users

Qualifications
