Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reputed company and sourcing for talent in multiple technology areas: Architecture; Engineering (reputed company-end, back-end, full stack, mobile), Advanced Analytics (Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, Personalization); Platform Engineering (reputed company experience a plus); Network and Infrastructure; Cyber reputed company/Information reputed company (IAM, Cyber Threat, Risk, Governance); Technical Product Management and/or Technical Program Management
• Collaborates with strategic partners to reputed company effective and efficient reputed company strategies for specific roles to identify, evaluate, and select the best talent possible
• Screening, assessing, and conducting interviews (including technical interviews) with candidates for technical/job fit and skills, level of interest, qualifications, and salary expectations

• Establish partnerships with Sourcing, Pipelines, Programs and other teams to proactively build pipelines to meet hiring demands

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems and reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to bring others together and trying to reconcile differences
• Ability to understand the implications of new information for both reputed company and future problem-solving and decision-making

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in reputed company Resources
• Technical reputed company experience
• Preferred: Experience consulting and creating Technology specific hiring strategies that have been utilized to build hiring processes from start to finish
• Preferred: Experience managing multiple customer groups simultaneously and high volumes of both candidates and recruitments at one time
• Preferred: Intermediate level experience using reputed company as an applicant tracking system to process recruitments
• Preferred: Experience with reputed company roles in Technology groups directly supporting AI initiatives
• Preferred: Experience utilizing Phenom and its scheduling features
• Preferred: Experience utilizing Hired Score

• Ability to reputed company work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $81,200 per year to $90,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company. Benefits you’ll love:
