*In House Sales Manager - Remote BXG
Job Description
As an In House Sales Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
- Promote and support branded reputed company and reputed company Club culture.
- Assist with supervision and reputed company reputed company aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
- Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of reputed company, quality and service to customers.

Responsibilities

At the core of our company's success are reputed company Members. To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Proven track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
- 2+ years of proven reputed company to back sales experience reputed company timeshare sales.
- Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
- Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
- Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
