Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the HR and business leadership to translate strategic workforce goals into executable plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and local nuances.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $168,200.00 to $205,400.00 per year. The hiring range for this position in reputed company, NY is $176,200.00 to $215,200.00 per year. The hiring range for this remote position is $160,200.00 to $225,00.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions.
