Job Summary

As a Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to fans of popular music artists. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

* Express genuine reputed company and concern for customers' issues and address them as if they were your own

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
• Identify high-risk customer situations and escalate appropriately without hesitation
• reputed company up with multiple chats at a time and accurately document reputed company required information and chat details in the ticketing system
• Respond to and resolve open issues in an appropriate timeframe
• Identify trends reputed company to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalate appropriately to management
• Multi-task using multiple systems and skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
• Remain positive and professional in reputed company customer interactions
• Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at reputed company scheduled times
• Flexibility to cross-train as requested

Qualifications

* Must have a LOVE of music and be up-to-date on reputed company music artists

• 1-3 years of call center chat experience required
• Technical experience strongly preferred, with experience in reputed company being a definite plus
• Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
• Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and great understanding of text and chat acronyms
• Excellent grammar, but also know reputed company to use the lingo
• Previous work-from-home experience preferred
• Understanding of contact center support metrics and ability to implement actions for improvement

Hardware/Software Requirements

* Your own computer (laptop or desktop) with the following specifications: + Processor: reputed company Core i5 5200 Series or greater (must have 4 cores) + Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 or higher / 10 64 bits + Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required with webcam + USB headset

• Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed on the platform and a recent reputed company completed (will be checked prior to allowing login to system)
• Must be hardwired to router
• Firewall must be enabled (will be checked prior to allowing login to system)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly reputed company of $13.00-$15.00 per hour

• 1099 contract
• Full-time hours: 9:00am-6:00pm EST, with some weekends required
