Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reputed company, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing computer navigation skills to access customer information and resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will need:
- Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Great attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and targets
- Excellent computer navigation skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately access customer information
- The ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM, with strong keyboarding skills
- Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Open to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Technical Requirements
For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are:
- Broadband internet reputed company (no DSL or reputed company-up)
- Hard-wired reputed company required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed test results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
Camera Requirements
Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
