Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer accounts, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues.
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates.
