Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company in a remote work environment. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will provide support to patients, referral sources, and employees by performing tasks reputed company to patient care and reputed company-party reimbursement. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, referral sources, and employees through phone, email, and other communication channels

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
