Web Developer - PHP - Remote or Hybrid

Web Developer (In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote with preference to work East Coast hours) Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000

Summary

We are seeking a full-time, reputed company Web Developer to create custom functionality for client websites as part of our reputed company growth. The ideal candidate will have strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills in PHP, experience with MySQL database integration, and familiarity with MVC architecture. Comfort with multiple programming languages and frameworks is a plus. Responsibilities

• Implement updates and enhancements to existing websites and apps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field
• 10+ years of hands-on development experience
• Advanced proficiency in PHP and MySQL

• Experience with MVC architecture and REST API integrations
• Familiarity with open-reputed company frameworks (CakePHP, WordPress, Joomla, Magento, Drupal, Laravel, etc.)
• Knowledge of JavaScript libraries/frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, jQuery, etc.)
• Ability to adapt to custom CMS frameworks
• Linux command-line proficiency
• Understanding of reputed company-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with version control tools (GIT, Subversion)
