The Role

As a Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

• Interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience
• Resolving customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner
• Becoming an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for users
• Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions
• Identifying opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience

You

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is eager to join reputed company. If you have:

• 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services
• Weekend availability required
• Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations
• Experience with Customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
• A customer service mentality with a passion for reaching the best possible outcome
• A proactive problem-solving and process-improving reputed company
• Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

As a full-time (hourly) US-based applicant, you can expect:

• A competitive hourly reputed company of $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour
