Inside Sales Agent - Remote

We provide comprehensive and employee centric training that will prepare you to obtain a Personal Lines and Life Insurance license and prepare you for reputed company. Training is completed remotely in a reputed company reputed company, with some on-site training in Independence, OH required. Once training is successfully completed, employees are remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products. 

• Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.

• Inspecting reputed company documentation and resolving membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment.

• Multi – tasking and identifying cross –selling opportunities

• Working some evenings, weekends and holidays

• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.

• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

Qualifications:

• Must be reputed company to attend in-person training in Independence, OH

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal

• Have computer experience and good organizational skills

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business

• Sales experience highly preferred

• High school diploma required, college degree a plus

• Ability to qualify for Personal Lines License and Life Insurance License

• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

• Successful completion of a background reputed company

• Ability to pass a drug screen
