Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company on a night shift schedule. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and closing out Hughes reputed company Maintenance orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to our customers. This is a remote-based position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home after completing an initial training period at our office location in Green Bay, WI.
Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with screening and monitoring orders in the system
- Assisting technicians with order closeouts
- Handling internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
- Updating information through data entry
- Running reports and updating trackers as needed
- Assisting with logistics and system-reputed company issues
- Assisting with inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a similar role)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and have the willingness to research and suggest creative solutions
- Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of reputed company Office
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
- Willingness to work reputed company, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Schedule
Your schedule will include:
- In-Person Training at our office located in Green Bay, WI (Monday - Friday, day shift)
- 12-hour Rotating Night Shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
Salary and Benefits
You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.
