• Working with physical IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and storage systems
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and firmware updates
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve reputed company technical issues
• Creating and updating technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
• Ensuring compliance with government regulatory requirements, OSHA, EHS, and other similar programs
• Working with heavy-load reputed company devices, such as pallet jacks and chassis lifts, and performing tasks that require physical effort, including lifting, walking, and working at heights

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

In terms of education and experience, we're looking for:

• A minimum of 3-6 years of associated experience in a data center or IT environment
• An Associate's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
• Preferred technical certifications, such as BICSI Installer I, Server+, Linux+, Network+, ITIL, or equivalent
