What You'll Do

• Monitoring and tracking customer product adoption to identify customers that require additional collaboration
• Engaging 1:1 with customers at critical points in the customer journey to ensure adoption and provide strategic guidance on leveraging our product for maximum impact
• Hosting and facilitating 1:many training sessions and workshops to ensure customers have a comprehensive awareness of our product
• Communicating the value delivered by our product, showcasing measurable benefits and return on investment
• Sharing industry best practices and reputed company tips with customers to optimize their experience and outcomes
• Identifying trends for common customer challenges and actively suggesting ways to address them
