Work Location and Schedule

As a remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, surrounded by the beauty of Georgia. Our blended work culture ensures that everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture, and our mission. You will work a variety of shifts, including:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (22 hours/week)
• Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (22 hours/week)
• Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM (12 hours/week)
• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (15 hours/week)

Pay Transparency and Benefits

We reputed company in transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The reputed company pay for this role is $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for select employee benefits and vacation accrual of up to 64 hours per year. As a full-time employee, you would be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the reputed company processes, procedures, and tools associated with the blithequark business model
• Working with members, brokers, providers, and blithequark vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs
• Managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
• Forming working relationships with reputed company partners
• Supporting the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation reputed company
• Monitoring and tracking the health of reputed company assigned work-in-reputed company issues
• Escalating and resolving issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
• Participating in process improvement projects
• Complying with reputed company operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
• Complying with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
• 1+ years of healthcare experience
• High school diploma or GED

• Experience manipulating and entering accurate data
