Job Summary
As a Seasonal reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our support channels, including email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls. You will troubleshoot event-reputed company problems, manage event changes and payment issues, and provide recommendations for specific events that fit our clients' wants, needs, and budget. Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
