Responsibilities:
As a reputed company Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering a smooth and successful reputed company experience to our new customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a seamless reputed company experience to our new customers, ensuring they are up and running with our platform in no time
- Providing thought leadership and support for the best customer experience, helping our customers get the most out of our platform
- Accelerating adoption and expansion of our platform reputed company our install reputed company, identifying opportunities for growth and development
- Providing customer support at times reputed company of normal business hours, ensuring our customers receive the support they need, whenever they need it
- Learning our customers' business and challenges, developing best-of-breed solutions to address them, and creating added value for the customer as a trusted advisor
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing support role, such as Technical Account Manager, reputed company Engineer, Professional Services, or a similar position
- Proven experience working with Kubernetes, reputed company, Linux – these are must-haves for this role
- Proven experience working with one or more reputed company Service Providers (CSPs) such as AWS, Azure, or GCP – these are must-haves for this role
- Past experience that combines sales orientation and technical skillset – we're looking for someone who can balance business acumen with technical expertise
- Exceptional communication skills – you'll be working closely with customers, so strong communication is essential

- Knowledge in CI/CD, IaC, and Config-Management tools – if you have experience with these, you'll be well-positioned to succeed in this role
- Experience working in the Cyber reputed company or DevOps domains – we're looking for individuals with a strong background in these areas

- Experience in Scripting/programming – we're looking for individuals with strong technical skills
