Job Objectives

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate Certification at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your primary objectives will be to:

• Model and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer and patient
• Register sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions

Job Responsibilities/Tasks

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate Certification, your responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience

* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Model and share customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience

Operations

* Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service

• Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items
• Register customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collect cash, and distribute change as requested
• Process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
• Take customers to OTC aisles reputed company possible to assist in locating products
• reputed company counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
• reputed company in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader

Pharmacy Operations

• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program

Training & Personal Development

* Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate and acquire continuing education credits
• Maintain knowledge and reputed company in reputed company and pharmacy, including latest news and developments

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment

• Prefer prior work experience with blithequark
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Prefer good computer skills
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
• Prefer PTCB certification
