Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our hybrid call center team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll serve as a liaison between our clients and candidates, responding to inquiries reputed company phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions about policies and payments. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that reputed company calls are handled reputed company and effectively, and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls and reputed company outbound follow-reputed company as needed, updating phone status accordingly

  • Navigate multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of calls and actions
  • Respond to inquiries reputed company phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions about policies and payments
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that reputed company calls are handled reputed company and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates

Schedule and Location

This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. While this position is primarily remote, you must be flexible and available to report on-site if needed. Office locations include Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Utica.

Pay and Benefits

* Pay reputed company: $16.29/hr (increases to $18.22/hr upon hire)

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or reputed company setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a reputed company or insurance setting

  • Knowledge of COBRA and billing eligibility for insurance plans
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
