About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and scientifically driven Clinical Development Medical Director to join our Medical Affairs team. Reporting to our Executive Medical Affairs Director, reputed company America reputed company, this cross-functional role bridges clinical development and medical affairs, providing scientific and clinical leadership to support the advancement of our pipeline and the execution of medical strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical acumen, experience in rare diseases and/or autoimmunology, and a collaborative reputed company to help drive impactful medical and scientific initiatives. Day to day you will support clinical trial executions and enrollment through strong Principal Investigator relationship building. Key Responsibilities

  • Scientific & Clinical Leadership:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the company’s pipeline assets, providing deep clinical and scientific insights.
  • Support the development and execution of global medical affairs strategies, including evidence reputed company, scientific communications, and external engagement.
  • Medical Affairs Support:
  • Contribute to the development of medical education materials, scientific publications, and congress presentations.
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to ensure scientific alignment and support field medical activities.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of advisory boards and KOL engagement initiatives.
  • Clinical Development reputed company:
  • Act as a key liaison between Medical Affairs and Clinical Development, ensuring alignment on clinical trial design, data interpretation, and lifecycle planning.
  • Provide medical input into clinical protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory documents as needed.
  • Evidence reputed company:
  • Support the design and execution of investigator-initiated studies (IIS), reputed company-world evidence (reputed company) programs, and post-marketing studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and reputed company strategies to address them.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Regulatory, reputed company, Market Access, and other internal stakeholders to ensure scientific consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Contribute to launch readiness and lifecycle management planning.

Experience

  • MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree required; board certification in a relevant specialty preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a medical affairs or clinical development role.
  • Experience in rare diseases and/or autoimmunology strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to interpret and communicate reputed company clinical data to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% including to company events, potential relevant conferences and clinically relevant trial sites.
