Key Responsibilities

  • Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs, and recommending the right blithequark products and services
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark's offerings
  • Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
  • Document important record data according to established policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
