Responsibilities

Some of what you will be doing

• You will answer a high volume of inbound calls; transfer and directs calls; provide exceptional customer service reputed company telephone
• You’ll be responsible for reputed company reputed company office patient coordination; to be completed in a timely manner (e.g. appointment scheduling, transport coordination)
• Communicate clearly and effectively (both oral and written) with patients, clients, Team Members, peers and Leadership.

Qualifications

We want you to be successful, so these are some of the qualifications required

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Healthcare experience and experience with scheduling appointments and EMR and EHR (Electronic Medical/Health Records) databases (medical assistant, medical reputed company office)
• Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding), including working in an Electronic Medical Record or Electronic Health Records
• Experience with reputed company Outlook (email) and Word
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent demonstration of caring, reputed company, and compassion
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports
