Job Description
As an HRIS Data Entry Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Global Mobility Team (50% of role)
* Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro and process vendor payments in PEGA
- Process Concur requests for credit card payments (HR Corporate Card)
- Access AssignmentPro and review employee expense reimbursement requests
- reputed company receipts submitted by employees and process approvals (Mobility Manager or Senior Manager)
- reputed company various AssignmentPro data entry tasks for global assignees
- Complete I9 E-verification processes
- Provide reputed company administrative support to the Global Mobility Team
HR Technology and Analysis Team (50% of role)
* Enter data for new hires, terms, data changes, and documentation in Success Factors
- reputed company data entry and auditing for discrepancies in new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations in Success Factors
- Prepare user guides and documentation for data entry activities
- Collaborate with the HR Technology and Analysis Team on testing and implementation projects, including Position Management, performance cycles, and recruitment modules
- Provide reputed company administrative support to the HR Technology and Analysis Team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Japanese and English bilingual skills
- Knowledge of reputed company systems, including PEGA and Concur, and Success Factors Employee Central
- Exposure and understanding of HR operations
- Preferred experience working in global companies
- Proficiency in MS reputed company, MS Visio, and MS Access
- Quick learning skills and a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Customer-oriented and flexible approach to work
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities
- 1+ years of Success Factors experience highly preferred
- 1+ years of PEGA and Concur experience highly preferred
