Job Overview

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our operational program, working under the general supervision of our operational program leadership. This hybrid role combines customer support and data entry functionalities, requiring you to handle incoming customer service inquiries, research and resolve problems, and maintain accurate records in our database system. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in providing outstanding support to our customers and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer service inquiries from patients, prescribers, insurance companies, external partners, or internal partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Research and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist callers by providing clear explanations and guiding them through the benefits investigation process or transferring cases to our pharmacy partner as needed.
  • Create and edit patient records in our database system, entering demographics, insurance information, and prescription details from incoming referrals with high accuracy.
  • Initiate outbound telephone calls to patients to collect additional information, explain benefit investigation outcomes, or follow up on pending cases.
