Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve issues and improve service
- Assisting in identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives

Requirements
