Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Contacting policyholders from our existing book of business reputed company inbound/outbound telephone calls, direct mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal
• Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of customers
• Counseling customers on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws to best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by property and casualty insurance
• Making recommendations and/or changes to policies and gaining customer acceptance to process the changes
• Receiving and responding to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity in EPIC
• Utilizing knowledge of the insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
• Providing quotes on endorsements as requested
• Identifying opportunities to apply discounts, processing insurance verification forms for insured, and acting as liaison for information exchange between customers and insurance companies
• Processing changes to policies reputed company EPIC and submitting changes to specific companies, following up with the company to ensure change requests have been processed in a timely manner
• Reviewing policy information and referencing company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims
• Mailing insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner from member/customer
• Recognizing cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtaining quote information
• Performing other duties as assigned
