Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service reputed company, you will be responsible for managing the following key responsibilities:

  • Managing reputed company Drive/Docs: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our reputed company Drive and Docs, ensuring that reputed company files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Managing Helpscout (Customer Service Email Platform): You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, responding to emails and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing and Organizing Kajabi (or Similar CRM Platform): You will be responsible for managing and organizing our Kajabi platform, ensuring that reputed company customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Managing reputed company: You will be responsible for setting up and managing our reputed company integrations, ensuring that reputed company automated workflows are running smoothly.
  • Managing a Custom Built Backend Site for Our App: You will be trained by our client on how to manage our custom-built backend site, ensuring that reputed company technical aspects are handled reputed company.
  • Managing reputed company Connect: You will be responsible for managing our reputed company Connect account, ensuring that reputed company App Store-reputed company tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Managing Test Flight (App Testing): You will be responsible for testing and ensuring that our app is functioning correctly, identifying and reporting any issues.

Requirements
