Job Summary
As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll be the primary technical resource for InteleShare customers, providing real-time troubleshooting, technical guidance, and support to ensure our software is working effectively and reputed company at reputed company times. You'll work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, document incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to drive reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client problems (phone/portal) and actively monitor client sites to ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Essential Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1-2 years of work experience in Windows administration and technical customer support, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies

Preferred Qualifications
