Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that they are engaged and motivated during their shifts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You will be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, in good condition, and with the highest levels of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with reputed company support teams: You will work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and reputed company Resources teams to reputed company plans to meet business objectives.
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company: You will be required to lift and move packages and equipment as needed.
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time during your shifts.
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: You will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels.
