This is a long-term, ongoing role for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage daily operations across multiple reputed company and Walmart FBM stores. The work involves account management, customer service, product listings, and reputed company optimization of our order processing systems. Level of Expertise:

Scope of Work:

As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for the following tasks: ### Daily Account Management

• Handle appeals for A-Z claims, chargebacks, SAFE-T claims, and coordinate with seller support.
