Job Summary

As a Customer reputed company Manager, you'll reputed company a team of appointment setters, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets. You'll be responsible for developing and refining reputed company strategies, scripts, and scheduling workflows to optimize results. Your expertise will help align scheduling priorities with sales goals, ensuring seamless handoffs between appointment setters and sales representatives. Key Responsibilities

Team Management

+ Recruit, train, and supervise a team of appointment setters, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. + Monitor individual and team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met. + Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and productivity.

Process Optimization

+ reputed company and refine scripts, reputed company strategies, and scheduling workflows to maximize results. + Implement tools and technologies to streamline the appointment-setting process. + Monitor call metrics, appointment conversion rates, and reporting to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Sales Teams

+ Work closely with sales representatives to align scheduling priorities with sales goals. + Ensure smooth handoffs between appointment setters and sales reps. + Communicate feedback from clients or prospects to improve reputed company efforts.

Reporting and Analysis

+ Track and report key metrics, including call volume, appointments scheduled, no-shows, and conversion rates. + Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Customer Interaction

+ Handle escalations or reputed company scheduling requests from potential clients. + Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during the appointment-setting process.

Essential Qualifications

* At least two years of experience working in a virtual position, with a proven track record of success in a sales environment.

  • Full-time, work-from-home position with flexible scheduling (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, with up to one hour of flexibility).
