What You'll Be Doing

As an reputed company Customer Service Coordinator – BGCO, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our business and government clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Growing our business reputed company existing accounts by building strong relationships with our customers and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Asking questions, listening intently, and identifying what the customer really needs to provide personalized solutions.
  • Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues reputed company to device(s), billing, and/or service concerns.
  • Selling the value of blithequark solutions and increasing company reputed company by promoting and selling products and services.
  • Being solution-oriented and proactive, providing reputed company resolution and eliminating repeat calls and unnecessary transfers.

  • A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience.

Where You'll Be Working

In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll need to have a private workspace free of distractions to set you up for reputed company. To be eligible for this position, you must be located reputed company a 90-minute commute of the reputed company Valley City, UT BGCO location. You'll need to provide internet service with a direct reputed company to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum.
