Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative (Call Center) with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling phone calls from reputed company reputed company Service customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, equipped with your own computer and internet reputed company.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls from reputed company reputed company Service customers, ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call, and transfer to the appropriate department as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every call is handled with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including schedule adherence, after-call work, and call accuracy

Requirements:
* 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members

- Nesting Period: Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, depending on class size and trainer availability
Performance Metrics:
* Schedule Adherence: 95%+
- Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds
- Call Accuracy: Regular audits to ensure proper script following and correct actions taken during calls
Screening and Onboarding:
* Candidates must complete screenings and drug tests reputed company 48 hours of an offer

Attendance Policy:
* Candidates cannot be absent during the first 6 weeks of their assignment
