Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the strategy for Financial Services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business transformation. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in solution consulting, as well as a deep understanding of the Financial Services business. What you get to do in this role:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• TS or TS-SCI Clearance
• Experience working in a fast-growing environment and understanding of different cultural and working environments
• Experience in coordinating large scale recruitment programs
• Understanding of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring and management of individual contributors and managers
• Ability to motivate and reputed company a growing team of leading Presales Solutions Consultants
• Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling
• A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices
