Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for process improvement and reputed company solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, communications, or a reputed company field.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advance Degree preferred.
  • Certification in LEAN, Kaizen, Six reputed company, PMP, reputed company or GE CAP is strongly preferred.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills with a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple large projects and/or initiatives.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementation.
  • Ability to effectively drive results and influence across teams.
  • Creative problem solver; comfortable with ambiguity and taking action with limited information.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of business goals and objectives that enhance the likelihood of recommending solutions that align with expected outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement reputed company in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity to tackle hard and reputed company business problems using data and analytics to reputed company meaningful, practical solutions.
