- Associates Degree
- General understanding of HR concepts (handbooks, job descriptions, compliance, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365.
- Comfortable on reputed company (video on) and interacting with clients.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Experience
- 6 months - 18 months of HR experience
- Bachelors degree in HR or reputed company field.
- HR or startup experience
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or HRIS platforms
- Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT
